Puthiya Payanangal: Gamified Rural Engagement Program
From 2022
A gamified program by Yarl IT Hub to introduce school students to technology and STEAM through problem-solving and project-based learning was run as an experiment by Thulir and today is a successful program which is a key item on our annual calendar engaging 5000+ students yearly.
This innovative research initiative demonstrated the power of gamification in education, transforming how students in rural areas engage with technology and STEAM subjects. What started as an experimental program has now become one of our flagship initiatives, reaching thousands of students across Northern Sri Lanka.
